Kunde: Unternehmer, Selbständige sowie sonstige Personen, die die Inhalte zu beruflichen Zwecken und Fortbildung nutzen (§ 14 BGB). Verträge mit “Verbrauchern” nach § 13 BGB sind ausgeschlossen.
Der Zugang erfolgt über ein geschütztes Lernportal.
Die Mitgliedschaft ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar (eine Lizenz pro Person).
Login-Daten, Materialien oder Inhalte dürfen nicht geteilt oder weitergegeben werden.
Bei Verstoß erfolgt sofortige Kündigung ohne Rückerstattung sowie dauerhafter Ausschluss von allen Produkten der Fratichelli Education Ltd.
STA ist ein abonnementbasiertes Programm mit unterschiedlichen Mindestlaufzeiten – je nach gewähltem Tarif.
Einige Angebote beinhalten eine 90-tägige, kostenlose Testphase mit Kündigungsmöglichkeit bis zum letzten Tag. Erfolgt keine Kündigung, beginnt die reguläre Abrechnung automatisch im 4. Monat.
Alle Zahlungen gelten als Vorauszahlung für digitale Dienstleistungen und/oder Produkte.
Der Zugang zum STA -Inhalt bleibt nur bei aktivem Abo bestehen.
Der im Checkout ausgewiesene Preis ist verbindlich. MwSt. kann enthalten sein oder separat berechnet werden (abhängig von Region und Steuerstatus).
Preisänderungen sind bei Neuabschluss möglich. Bestehende bzw. weiterlaufende Abos sind nicht betroffen.
Alle Verkäufe sind endgültig.
Eine Rückerstattung ist ausgeschlossen, soweit nicht ausdrücklich im Angebot zugesagt oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

Alle Inhalte (Videos, Ressourcen, Vorlagen etc.) sind geistiges Eigentum von Fratichelli Education Ltd.
Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder kommerzielle Nutzung ohne schriftliche Erlaubnis sind untersagt.
STA richtet sich an professionelle Stylisten, Hair & Make-up Artists, Friseure und Beauty-Profis.
Der Anbieter kann den Zugang bei fehlender Eignung verweigern.
Bei Kündigung innerhalb der Mindestlaufzeit bleibt die Verpflichtung zur Zahlung bis zum Ende dieser Laufzeit bestehen. Der Zugang endet dann mit Ablauf der Mindestlaufzeit.
Der Anbieter kann Inhalte oder Strukturen jederzeit anpassen oder beenden.
Es gilt das Recht von Malta. Gerichtsstand ist ebenfalls Malta.
Mit dem Abschluss des Kaufs bestätigst du, dass du diese AGB gelesen und akzeptiert hast.

By purchasing and joining the “Styling Tech Academy” (STA), you agree to the following terms and conditions between:
Provider: Fratichelli Education Ltd.
Customer: Entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and other persons who use the content for professional purposes and training (within the meaning of § 14 BGB). Contracts with “consumers” as defined in § 13 BGB are excluded.
Any violation will result in immediate termination without refund and permanent exclusion from all products of Fratichelli Education Ltd.
STA is a subscription-based program with different minimum terms depending on the selected plan.
Some offers include a 90-day free trial period with the option to cancel up until the last day. If no cancellation is made, regular billing will automatically begin in the 4th month.
All payments are considered advance payment for digital services and/or products.
Access to STA content is only available with an active subscription.
Basic Plan: Minimum term of 3 months. Thereafter, automatic renewal by one month at a time unless cancellation is submitted in writing by email no later than the last day of the current term.
The price shown at checkout is binding. VAT may be included or charged separately (depending on region and tax status).
Price changes are possible for new subscriptions. Existing or ongoing subscriptions are not affected.
All sales are final.
Refunds are not offered unless mandated by law or explicitly stated on the sales/checkout page.

With the membership, the customer is granted a simple, non-transferable right of access for the duration of an active membership.
No ownership or extended usage rights are granted.
Sharing, duplication, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
STA is intended for professional stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other qualified beauty professionals.
Fratichelli Education Ltd reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not meet these criteria.
Cancellation may be submitted at any time in writing via email. The contact address is provided in the customer portal.
If cancellation is made during the minimum term, the obligation to pay remains in effect until the end of that term. Access will then end upon expiration of the minimum term.
If no cancellation is made, the membership will automatically renew according to the selected plan’s term.
The provider may adjust or discontinue content or structures at any time.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Malta.
By checking the box and completing the checkout, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
