Contracts with \u201cconsumers\u201d as defined in \u00a7 13 BGB are excluded.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h4>1. <strong data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"540\">Access &amp; Usage<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"630\">Access is provided via a secure learning portal.<\/li><li data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"128\">Membership is personal and non-transferable (one license per person).<\/li><li data-start=\"129\" data-end=\"202\">Login details, materials, or content may not be shared or passed on.<\/li><li data-start=\"203\" data-end=\"275\"><p data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"417\">Any violation will result in immediate termination without refund and permanent exclusion from all products of Fratichelli Education Ltd.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h4>2. <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"987\">Billing &amp; Subscription Terms<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"192\"><p data-start=\"94\" data-end=\"192\">STA is a subscription-based program with different minimum terms depending on the selected plan.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"379\"><p data-start=\"195\" data-end=\"379\">Some offers include a 90-day free trial period with the option to cancel up until the last day. If no cancellation is made, regular billing will automatically begin in the 4th month.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"465\"><p data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"465\">All payments are considered advance payment for digital services and\/or products.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"538\"><p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"538\">Access to STA content is only available with an active subscription.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"760\"><p data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"760\"><span data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"578\">Basic Plan:<\/span> Minimum term of 3 months.
