These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between Fratichelli Education Ltd. and their customers. Deviating conditions of the customers are only valid if Fratichelli Education Ltd. expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the services listed on the order page. The contract is only concluded when Fratichelli Education Ltd. accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Services and Prices
Fratichelli Education Ltd. offers offline coaching, online courses, and online memberships for stylists and other professionals. Prices are either individually agreed upon in advance or are listed on the respective product pages. Whether the prices include or exclude VAT is indicated on the respective offer page.

4. Payment Terms
The payment terms are individually specified and listed on the respective sales page. These can change at any time. Payments must be made in advance before receiving access to the educational content.

5. Liability and Warranty
Fratichelli Education Ltd. excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not involve essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees, or affect claims under the Product Liability Act. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, Fratichelli Education Ltd. is only liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Further liability is excluded. Fratichelli Education Ltd. does not assume any warranty for the services provided.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and Fratichelli Education Ltd. are governed by the law of Malta. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Fratichelli Education Ltd. in Valletta, Malta.

8. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
