Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract with Julia Fratichelli within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

However, after a deposit or full payment is made, cancellation by the customer is no longer possible. If Julia Fratichelli has to cancel an appointment, the total costs will be refunded. Goodwill arrangements are possible but are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Julia Fratichelli.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Fratichelli Education Ltd. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email through the contact form on our website. There is no specific format required for this purpose.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Coaching and styling services where the deposit (or full payment) has already been made.
\u2022 Digital products we offer, once the product has been paid for (automated access).
\u2022 Services that have already begun.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n
