Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract with Julia Fratichelli within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (J. Fratichelli Education S.R.L., Strada Alexandru Vaida Voevod Nr. 53B, Cluj-Napoca 400436, Romania) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email through the contact form on our website. There is no specific format required for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Coaching and styling services where the deposit has already been made.
• Digital products we offer, once the product has been paid for (automated access).
• Services that have already begun.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
