1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between Julia Fratichelli (J. Fratichelli Education S.R.L., VAT: RO46241295, Strada Alexandru Vaida Voevod, Nr. 53B, Cluj-Napoca 400436, Romania) and her customers. Deviating conditions of the customers are only valid if Julia Fratichelli expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the services listed on the order page. The contract is only concluded when Julia Fratichelli accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Services and Prices
Julia Fratichelli offers wedding and event styling as well as offline coaching, online courses, and online memberships for stylists and other interested individuals. Prices are either individually agreed upon in advance or are listed on the respective product pages. Whether the prices include or exclude VAT is indicated on the respective offer page.

4. Payment Terms
The payment terms are individually specified and listed on the respective sales page. These can change at any time. Payments must be made in advance, except for wedding services, where an individual deposit is agreed upon, and the remaining amount is to be paid in cash immediately after the service is rendered.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the statutory right of withdrawal, provided it is not a digital product. There is no right of withdrawal for digital products; however, a solution can be found in exceptional cases as a gesture of goodwill.

6. Cancellation Policy
After the deposit is made, cancellation by the customer is no longer possible. If Julia Fratichelli has to cancel an appointment, the total costs will be refunded. Goodwill arrangements are possible but are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of Julia Fratichelli.

7. Liability and Warranty
Julia Fratichelli excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not involve essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees, or affect claims under the Product Liability Act. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, Julia Fratichelli is only liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Further liability is excluded. Julia Fratichelli does not assume any warranty for the services provided.

8. Data Protection
The data protection guidelines are available on a separate data protection page on the website. Customer data is treated confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and Julia Fratichelli are governed by the law of Romania. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Julia Fratichelli in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these AGB be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Julia Fratichelli reserves the right to change these AGB at any time. The changes become effective without prior notice.
